Council Permits

Depending on the tree work that needs to be performed and the area where the work is being done, a tree works application form may be necessary. These forms are often used for tree removal and tree pruning on private land. The Gosford and Wyong Councils, in particular, have specific stipulations and requirements for tree removal.
